Adding Attachments From CAREpoint 3 To an e-Bridge Case

Step 1:

From the home screen of CAREpoint 3 navigate to messages

 

Step 2:

Open the desired email by clicking on the email

Step 3:

Once you have opened the email click on forward

Step 4:

Select e-Bridge CAREpoint Intake

Then select 12 Lead only

 

Step 5: 

Fill out the form that automatically opens on e-Bridge after clicking select on step 4

To add a call to the same case follow these steps before submitting the form:

Step 1:

Navigate back to CAREpoint 3 and click on Communications

Step 2: 

Click on call history

Step 3:

Select your call

Step 4:

Click share

Step 5: 

Select e-Bridge CAREpoint intake

Both attachments will now be on the intake form 

Step 6:

Finish filling out the form and click submit
