How to adjust the volume on CAREpoint 3:
- Hold and drag the audio sliders or press the "+" and "-" buttons
- "Active Audio" is for the call you are currently on and "Inactive Audio" is for any non-active communication (secondary call coming in or background radio traffic)
- You can also adjust the volume for the specific resource (phone or radio) by pressing the button circled below and following the same steps as above
