CAREpoint 3 Implementation Framework

Implementing CAREpoint 3 is a collaborative process designed to ensure a smooth transition and successful launch. Our team partners with you every step of the way, guided by a structured 12-week (90-day) implementation framework.

👉 Please note: all projects are managed in Basecamp. Prior to your kickoff meeting, you will receive Basecamp credentials and onboarding instructions. All tasks, communications, and milestones will be tracked there.

Stakeholder Involvement

Successfully installing your CAREpoint 3 requires participation across several departments. The GD team will work with contacts from:

  • Information Technology

  • Telecommunications

  • Emergency Department

  • Internal or contracted 2-way radio services

Implementation Process Overview

Your GD Project Manager will coordinate the project through Basecamp and lead a kickoff meeting with key stakeholders. This meeting will:

  • Provide a product overview and align all parties

  • Define project objectives and assign tasks

  • Establish a target Go Live date

Assuming IT requirements and deadlines are met, implementation typically takes approximately 12 weeks (90 days).
