CAREpoint 3 Network Test: What to Expect + How to Prepare

Overview

The CAREpoint 3 Network Test is a pre-go-live validation step to confirm your CAREpoint 3 workstation hardware and software are ready to operate on your facility network.

To keep your Network Test on track, we expect the CAREpoint 3 workstation to be physically assembled before the call. Prior to your scheduled Network Test, please:

  • Unpack the CAREpoint 3 monitor/workstation components

  • Mount the PC to the back of the monitor

  • Connect all workstation cables according to the cabling diagram in the CAREpoint 3 Hardware Setup Reference Guide Provided

  • Confirm the workstation is powered on and connected to the network

Before your scheduled Network Test, please download and review the CAREpoint 3 Hardware Setup Reference Guide. This document includes the cabling diagram, verification checklist, and troubleshooting tips your team will use during testing.
