Changing/Resetting your e-Bridge Account Password
Steps to Change Your Password
- Open a supported web browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
- Go to the e-Bridge Admin Portal: https://admin.gdserver.net
- Sign in using your username and current password.
- From the left-hand menu, click “My Profile.”
- Enter your new password in both the “New Password” and “Confirm Password” fields.
- Click the 'Save' button in the bottom right corner.
- Once saved, click 'Sign Out' in the top right corner of the page.
Tips
- Make sure your new password is strong and secure.
- If you forget your password, contact your e-Bridge administrator to reset it.
