Changing/Resetting your e-Bridge Account Password

Steps to Change Your Password

  1. Open a supported web browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
  2. Go to the e-Bridge Admin Portal: https://admin.gdserver.net
  3. Sign in using your username and current password.
  4. From the left-hand menu, click “My Profile.”
  5. Enter your new password in both the “New Password” and “Confirm Password” fields.
  6. Click the 'Save' button in the bottom right corner.
  7. Once saved, click 'Sign Out' in the top right corner of the page.

Tips

  • Make sure your new password is strong and secure.
  • If you forget your password, contact your e-Bridge administrator to reset it.
