e-Bridge Implementation Framework

e-Bridge Connect implementations follow a 6-week core plan based on our best practice General Intake Form approach. This ensures a smooth rollout for your first workflow. Each additional workflow (such as STEMI, Stroke, Trauma, Sepsis, etc.) adds 4 weeks to the project timeline.

👉 All projects are managed in Basecamp. You’ll receive credentials before kickoff, and all tasks, communications, and milestones will be coordinated there.

Project Overview

Weeks 0–6 (Core Implementation)

  • Prework & Kickoff: Confirm scope, align stakeholders, and complete technical/security assessments.

  • Build & Design: Server setup, use case identification, and template design using the general intake approach.

  • Testing & Training: Workflow testing, template approval, user training.

  • Go Live: Your first workflow is deployed.

Additional Workflows (Approximately +4 Weeks Each)

  • Service line templates are designed, approved, tested, and trained on before going live.
