Uploading device logs in e-Bridge

 

Device logs are paramount for GD’s support team to be able to troubleshoot in the case of an issue with e-Bridge.

 

To send device logs on a mobile device:

  • Click the 3 dots on the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  • Select Settings
  • Scroll to the bottom - the last option will be Send Logs
  • Click Confirm
  • A confirmation message will appear.
