Uploading Device Logs in e-Bridge

Overview: Uploading device logs allows the e-Bridge Support team to diagnose and resolve technical issues more efficiently. Logs can be submitted from both PC (Desktop) and Mobile devices using the steps below.

Sending e-Bridge Logs from a PC (Desktop): 

  1. Open the e-Bridge desktop application.
  2. Locate the information icon in the bottom-right corner of the e-Bridge window.
  3. Click the information icon to open the e-Bridge information window.
  4. Select Upload Logs near the bottom of the window.
  5. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the log upload.
  6. Wait while the logs upload, which may take several minutes.
  7. A confirmation message will appear once the upload is successful.

Sending e-Bridge Logs from a Mobile Device: 

  1. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of screen.
  4. Tap Send Logs.
  5. Select Confirm when prompted.
  6. A confirmation message will appear once the logs are successfully sent.
