Uploading Device Logs in e-Bridge
Overview: Uploading device logs allows the e-Bridge Support team to diagnose and resolve technical issues more efficiently. Logs can be submitted from both PC (Desktop) and Mobile devices using the steps below.
Sending e-Bridge Logs from a PC (Desktop):
- Open the e-Bridge desktop application.
- Locate the information icon in the bottom-right corner of the e-Bridge window.
- Click the information icon to open the e-Bridge information window.
- Select Upload Logs near the bottom of the window.
- When prompted, click Yes to confirm the log upload.
- Wait while the logs upload, which may take several minutes.
- A confirmation message will appear once the upload is successful.

Sending e-Bridge Logs from a Mobile Device:
- Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of screen.
- Tap Send Logs.
- Select Confirm when prompted.
- A confirmation message will appear once the logs are successfully sent.
