Navigating the CAREpoint Go Quick Dashboard

  1. Access CAREpoint Go Quick Dashboard:
    • 
    Log in to the CAREpoint Go application on your mobile device.
  2. Home Screen Navigation:
    • Navigation Bar:
    Use the navigation bar on the left side of the screen to access different features.
    ⤷ Communications: Access communication tools like the dial pad and call history.
    ⤷ Email: Access your email.
    ⤷ D-Scribe X:  Access the D-Scribe X reporting software (follow the instructions from previous responses to use D-Scribe X)
    ⤷ e-Bridge Intake: If you facility uses e-Bridge, access the e-Bridge intake forms.
  3. Other Features:
    • Dial Pad: Use the dial pad to make calls.
    • Call History: View your recent call history.
    • Contact List: Access your contact list.
    • Action Buttons: Access any available e-Bridge action buttons.
  4. Operator Resources:
    • Activate: 
    Click to activate operator resources.
    • Hang Up: Double-click the hang up button to disconnect a call.
