Replaying an EMS Call

How to instantly replay an EMS Call on CAREpoint 2:

1. Press "Call History" to listen to recent calls
   
2. Play: Automatically plays the call
3. Skip: Auto skip by 30 seconds or drag the cursor to the time frame you would like to listen to
4. Share: Send the audio clip via email
