Sending e-Bridge PC Logs
- Access e-Bridge:
• Open the e-Bridge desktop application. - Locate the Icon:
• Look for an icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the e-Bridge window. - Open Information Window:
• Click the icon you found in the bottom right corner. This should open a window displaying information about e-Bridge installation. - Find "Upload Logs":
• Within the information window, look for a button or link labeled "Upload Logs." It should be near the bottom of the window. - Upload Logs:
• Click the "Upload Logs" button.
• Confirm: A confirmation dialog box will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to upload the logs. Click "Yes" to proceed.
• Wait: e-Bridge will begin uploading the log data. This may take a few minutes.
• Confirmation: Once the upload is complete, you should receive a message confirming that the upload was successful.
